MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals well supported, Zinc nears Rs 310 per kg

Base metals extended their upmove today. MCX January 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1308 per kg, up 1.69% on the day. The counter hit a high of Rs 1320 per kg and looks volatile after recent surge. MCX Aluminum futures gained 0.74% to trade at Rs 305.25 per kg. MCX Zinc futures jumped 1% to trade at Rs 309.70 per kg. MCX Lead futures added 0.50% to trade at Rs 183.80 per kg.
